Absolutely stunning place! The lodge was so clean, spacious for the 3 of us, and it had everything we wanted. So peaceful and relaxing place, just the best to sit and listen to the water and look at the beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the hot tub after a day of walking in the most stunning forest walk nearby. This holiday has made us fall in love with Scotland. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks❤️
Location was lovely accommodation on the other hand was awful... Bodily fluid stains on the bed sheets when we arrived, blood on the carpet, chewing gum on the roof and peaces of food on the kitchen blind. Definitely my 1st and last time visiting this resort.
Great place for a little break, we stayed for 3 days on a long weekend. On arrival we were greeted at reception very quickly even though we did not turn up until fairly late which was nice. The team were friendly and helpful. The lodge itself was clean and had most things that we needed (such as kitchen utensils, pans, dishes etc) but would have been a nice touch to have some coffee, tea and sugar there for when you arrive but a small point. The views were stunning and there is so much to do in the area and some lovely drives while getting to places. Would definitely consider going back.
Nice and quiet with beautiful scenery. You get 1 towel to last you a week.... Abit to far from everywhere else. Maybe stay here two nights maximum
We stayed in a vantage lodge and it was great. The lodge itself was really a static caravan, however it was quite new and very modern and spacious. The unobstructed views of the loch were priceless. Being able to enjoy the views and tranquility of the loch from our own hot tub was amazing. The staff were attentive and polite, and gave us everything we needed on arrival. Only small downside was that the hot tub was not on the main decking but on a decking at ground level, so it was a bit less convenient for access when cold at night. Also, beware: I have just come to learn (the hard way) that wet skin doesn't seem to deter the infamous Highland midge, of which you will find plenty at the shore of the loch while you are sitting in your hot tub. Take a good quality repellent with you...
