Nice and quiet. No loud music no noisy family's unlike some large holiday parks.No club house but who needs it when you've got the broads on your doorstep. Shops close by for essentials, local pub with great food. All staff on site were great.

Lovely location, quiet well organised, well kept and tidy, very friendly lady gave me the information I needed, where else in the midst of the The Broads could you buy and live so reasonably, thinking if buying a holiday home here and don't think there is anywhere as beautiful as this location for the money and the quality of the lodges,

My type of park. Quiet small well situated for the Broads local beaches and Gt Yarmouth. Well kept. Not many kids. Perfect if you want the peace. We have been to this park 6 times in the last 9 years.

Spent a week here and had a lovely time. For the price this was exactly what we expected from the site. It was extremely peaceful, if you are looking for entertainment and nightlife this is not the site for you. The warden Tracey was lovely and extremely helpful we had a slight problem with our smoke alarm which was rectified quickly and we decided to have a slight move around of the furniture for our comfort which we asked before we did and we were told it was no problem at all. Helen who was also in a little hut on site was great and informative of the local area and always stopped for a chat when we saw her. The caravan was perfect size for the 3 of us and we had a lovely kitchen area with a new cooker. There was even a dvd player and a few DVD's though we didn't take advantage of this. We would definitely go back to this site if we were looking to holiday in the broads again and it is perfectly positioned to visit lots of places without having to spend hours in the car. There are no amenities on site but there are shops within a few minutes walking distance which we used regularly during our stay. Wonderful holiday thank you.
