Got to say we had the most amazing time here. The complex is 5 star the staff 5 star especially Talia ( pool attendant) Kate in the restaurant (carousel) Wayne and Reece in activities. All so helpful and welcoming. The caravan was to a much higher standard than expected (pet friendly) yet still 100% immaculate. I can not praise this place enough. Our only disappointment was having to leave. Thank u to all the wonderful staff there for welcoming us and making sure our short break was wonderful.

We come to Haven each year, we love it. And our children love it. Even due to the recent circumstances, we all still enjoyed it. Very clean, staff were always wearing masks and following correct protocols. Cannot wait to return next year!

Nice clean park, can't say much about the facilities as several were closed due to Covid restrictions. Food was OK, always hot and didn't take too long. Park is quite big, fairly quiet when we went (Sept) quite a bit of wildlife about too.

Great place first time have been really enjoyed it staff very friendly too and very helpful shame they not got any John Smith's in bar but will definitely be back next year 😁.
